Ginika is a seasoned financial and risk management analyst as well as a human resource consultant. His experience spans banking, consulting, fundraising, and oil and gas. He was part of the transformational team of Standard Trust Bank (now UBA), where he was exposed to oil and gas, risk management, and human resource management. He was also part of the founding management team of AIQ capital, a mid-sized investment management outfit in Nigeria. Ginika has Degrees in both Accounting and Risk Management from Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
